At The Tea House on Los Rios, we take pride in the quality of our premium teas and treats. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable merchandise and store credit for unopened tea selections.

Contact our customer service team via email or visit our historic Los Rios location with your order number and reason for the return.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure all tea canisters remain sealed and original packaging is intact, as we cannot accept returns on opened food items for safety reasons.
Ship or Drop Off
Carefully package your items and send them back to our boutique address, or bring them directly to the tea room for immediate processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once we inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a gift card for future tea experiences.
